I am Daan. I run SpiritBird out of the Netherlands, currently writing this from a coffee shop somewhere in Asia. I help large Shopify stores, the kind doing over ten million euro a year, run AI as the operating layer behind their store. Context infrastructure, agents, workflows that actually run.

I started a YouTube channel because nobody was showing the operational side of AI for e​commerce. The first video crossed 9,000 views in its first month. People kept asking the same question. How do I get this set up for my store, properly. The community is the answer.
